She was pleasant, interested in my choices and extremely professional. Just as I was getting irritated at being left high-and-dry by the associate, April came forward from the front of the store and offered to check me out. The other associate continued with her existing customer. She said she was going to restock and left me standing there without even an apology. When one of them was free, I approached her. When I arrived at the checkout, there were two associates manning the register. I decided to buy a jumpsuit and three blouses. An LB associate greeted me, introduced herself as April and led me to a dressing room. I selected half a dozen items and headed toward the dressing room area. Since they were in the middle of a clearance sale, the store was quite busy. Today around 7:00 PM, I visited the Lane Bryant in the Arlington Highlands, TX shopping center. I do not have a camera phone just an old fashioned flip phone. No excuse for this except the store owners put greed and selfishness, "profits in pockets", ahead of good customers.Need to put in description that this stretches at the waist and bags out 2 entire sizes after wearing a short few hours. I will now continue to shop in the upper shelf brand named stores that I won't mention here, where I can ALWAYS return for an issue even if something is washed.or worn. I called about returning them for this reason and they said no I could not! Well OK. The buyer should know when they buy clothing how much things stretch and pass this info on the customers. I wore them once for 1/2 day and they stretched and bagged out so bad that they were 2 sizes bigger in the waist. I'm very disappointed this tine after purchasing a pair of Boyfriend Capri's. Generally I have been very happy with service and clothing I have bought. I recently bought about $500.00 of spring clothing and have shopped here for many years.
